im doing a full restoration on this car the reg is k822 vpb its a red g40, but i have no history about it all i know is it was a lease car for the early years of its life and i bought it in the west midlands or is there any way of finding its service history pics to follow

Try contacting dealers, they can access the info saved about it on their system. If you find the particular company that sold it then you may get a little more info about it from them?
