Any ideas why id have oil on my timing belt??

crack seal maybe?

I've seen this when oil comes out of the dipstick (it seeps paste the join in the plastic cambelt cover) and when a camshaft oil seal wasn't seated properly.
I suppose it could also be crankshaft oil seal or the head gasket when the main oil galley is.

This is presuming you run a full cambelt cover?
