I dont think they make specific kits for the G40. Well if there are i havent seen them. Best thing to do is measure what you need then order it from any silicone brand, (have put a few below) not just samco as it seem to be more expensive as well. As long as you stay away from ebay stuff.

I ordered a 1 meter length 57mm bore and it was too much. You only need around 500mm length. I think the boost pipe that goes from top of radiator to connect to bendy plastic boost pipe is 250mm. Then you need to use the remaining to do the intercooler to plastic pipe above radiator. And then the bendy pipe to throttle body. And then buy a separate 45 degree bend for supercharger to intercooler. Got mine from viper performance hosing and its good.

If your looking to do the coolant hoses i do have all the bore sizes needed as i took the measurements off my old water housing when i was looking to replace them.

If you need them let me know and i will get the measuremants.

Just incase you need them as i have them to hand the size's for the coolant hoses are:



Green = 8mm
Blue = 20mm
Red = 32mm
Yellow = 32mm

I dont have the one from the elbow that connects to the housing but i would assume its 32mm as well. Double check these measurements incase i got them wrong.
