Hose Solutions sorted me a custom hose and fittings for a K03 turbo feed to my exact specifications. While initial contact was a little slow (later found out this was because most of their staff were at an NEC show), they dealt with me over email and once I'd paid the hose was delivered by the end of the week.

The hose itself is high quality, PTFE inner with stainless braid. £30 delivered. Bargain!
