Did you ensure the mating face of the hubs were completely clean and free from bruises and burrs? If not the discs won't run completely true and this can lead to the problem you have.

i dti the drive flanges today and they are running true cant c no issues with them. i might put old discs on and c if that cures the problem. cus it will b difficult to dti my ebc discs cus there grooved and dimpled.

I have the same, EBC dimpled disc's and red stuff pads. but have to admit I had major issues to fit in two new rubber bushes with the nylon/tefon inner bushing. What ever I tried I could not make it slight smooth. So put the old back in  :(

Worn anti roll bar mounting bushes will make the steering judder under braking. When I had this problem I found it didn't judder every time. I used powerflex anti roll bar bushes to sort the problem. If the disks are warped you would probably feel it through the pedal.

ive powerflexed the anti roll bars on the arm ends and the mounting bushes. it has improved it but still shakes only happens when the brakes warm up more visiously so im putting it down to the brakes have quite a bit of bite to them. its dont vier off or anything underheavy braking it just shakes so i can live with it.

EBC discs don't warp, they develop thin spots due to run out. :D :D
