new disc and pads

just changed my discs and pads with ebc vented discs and ebc green stuff pads and they squeak like crazy and i fear heat seizure! anyone else had these problems with the green stuff pads? should i grind them down?

all help will be appreciated!

the back is the bit that touches your caliper.  the bit that touches this disc with grease on would not be good!

its sorted now anyway cheers mate! the gaurd on the back on the hub had bent and was rubbing on one of the discs! all good now though!
