Can the brake servo be upgraded to a larger one?

I've got a 22mm master cylinder to go on with Audi 256 mm brakes I'm after less effort to put the brakes on as so my question is can I use a different brake servo is the mk2golf one going to be larger and does it fit or will I have to get a remote servo kit ?? Any one tried this ?? Thanks guys

no bigger one fits without some major surgery to the bulkhead or using a remote one from a mk1 golf or scirocco.  Remote one will require some fabrication of mounting bits and you'll lose some of the feel through the pedal.
