best place for exhaust manifold to downpipe studs and nuts??

as topic really, wheres the best place to buy exhaust manifold to downpipe studs and nuts?  I've lost one of mine and the others look pretty knackered.  VW best bet or do motor factors/halfrauds stock this kind of shit?

Pete was on about getting some threaded bar from his bolt merchant for the studs cos they are well expensive from VW.

ive got 1 stud & nut missing (thanks to the previous owner!) Its holding ok but looks as though Vw will be getting another £20 of my non existant money!
