Smoor Roadsters

Im looking at buying some smoor roadsters: 13x7 front and 13x8 rear (Don't know offsets but probably around et20). Has anyone had any experience with these? what kind of problems, if any can i expect(i.e. calliper clearance problems, ridiculous rubbing)?

Any advice is muchos appreciated!
