Toothed pulleys wanted.

Helloooo, I have the baby-G engine in my MK1 golf, but the PSD embossed pulleys are so badly stonechipped that i fear my belts will last less than the 5 months I made them last on my old G40. Does anyone know who could supply new ones or is it poss to have them re-furbed? I'll try to get a pic up to show what I mean. Mk1 G40 Pitstop Special will hopefully be on the road in June 2010....

some of the later psd pullies do wear quite bad.  But some of it i think is people using the wrong belts

Awesome, I agree, they're made from soft as puppy s***te ally, and they're battered. No idea where to get them then?
