help south african boy build one

GOOD DAY one and all.

im wondering if anyone can help me.

Wot type of internals (rods and pistons) would i require if i was to boost 1bar or 1.5bar...as i am planing on building a MK1 golf....witha 1.3 carb motor (to be onverted to Fuel Injected) with the use of MP9 1.8 head....and a 4ag-ze supercharger.
