GSF track rod ends

Bought one the other day and it's a 'VETECH' branded part - never heard of them. Anyway, the taper on it is 13-14mm wide at its widest point, whereas the VW one I removed was more like 11.5mm. So obviously it won't fit into the strut...

Has anyone on here fitted a GSF one recently?
Did it fit?
What brand was it?

Exactly the same thing as you, Andy. Told the bloke behind the counter and got a refund.

I only get genuine ones now.

Chap at GSF dug out another example, same brand - same size. He's going to raise it as an issue, so hopefully they can do a recall and get some correctly specified parts in...

Better Check the ones i have then as i bought them 8 month ago coz of advisory on MOT but thought i`d wear out the old to somewhere near new MOT.
