charger belts loose

i know how to tighten them but 1 belt is tighter than the other. is this normal?

they should be about the same.  do you have the T piece section that goes to the manifold?  Someone had mentioned that that prevents the charger twisting slightly which would mean the belts dont line up equally hence one belt doesnt tension as much..or try some fresh belts incase one is slightly more stretched than the other one?
