Changing gear selector rod seal and bush

I'm having a hard time finding the metal bush?

Has anyone just changed the rubber seal? Mine is in need of it doing sharpish tbh

Seems to be obsolete. Even heritage couldn't obtain it. I spoke to a gearbox supplies and he reckoned they never sold them, but sold the seals. So they must be remove able without doing the bush.

the bush thingy..is it actually a supporting bush for the shaft or more of a seal holder

i did just the seal on mine and its dripping again , wondering if the bush would offer any gains if i fitted one
