replacing my rad now, trying to do it without taking the charger off.

how do i remove the plastic pipe that comes from the intercooler and runs along the top of the rad before joining on to the plastic pipe to the throttle body?

do i have to remove the charger?

quick reply would be much appreciated

There are two side bolts that mount the radiator.. you loose a little bit theese bolts and you get back the rad, and of course you loose the pipe clips from the hoses...
then you take of the other 2 bolts and you try while you push back the rad to pull the pipe from the upper intercooler's hose (it's a little hard to take off that hose)
I'm not 100% sure if the rad has enought space to come off without taking off the charger... I suggest you to take of the g lader so you don't harm the rad...

remove the two bolts holding the plastic cover thing to the slam panel

i've done that already, but the pipe is an awkward shape and won't come out, i've obviously removed it from the intercooler but it just won't come out from between the slam panel. i don't need to remove the charger do i?

you may need to slacken charger down and remove outlet dome to get access. ages since i've done it, can't remember
