G40 conversion not firing, help please

I've got my g40 conversion in my car all connected up ready to go, it's turning over, I've got fuel, just no spark from my coil or 12v into it by what I can see, the engine came as a complete working conversion and I belive I have everything I need although I do still have a few wiring issues,
I've got two blacks unconnected over the gearbox between the engine harness and the lighting harness and another two blacks and a white/yellow unconnected from the lighting Harness in the bulkhead

Where shall I start looking?

Try swapping the two plugs around by the coil as a starter for ten.

Tried that, still no luck, relays have tested up to be working fine, what does that leave me with, hall sender and crank sensor?
