I bought some items from matt70 on the 2nd July since I sent the payment I have received no contact and have not received my items. Does anybody know him as I would like go get this sorted if not on Monday I will open a dispute with PayPal as I did  not pay as a gift.

No raised dispute on PayPal. Friday is deadline before it gets escalated
