The engine in my blue g is sounding pretty tappy at present so going to rebuild a spare head i have for it an stick that on, planning on going down the turbo route at the same time... I was wondering whether anyone has had their heads tapped for larger diameter bolts for the exhaust mani to allow a better tension on the turbo mani... i've had issues with mani's coming loose on my g ladered g40s and heard of issues of mani's coming loose on turbo conversions... basically wondering if anyone has done this already, if there is much room to do so in the heads and if you have done so any feedback.

Cheers

never had any problems with mine either when it was g-ladered or turbo'd.  Use new studs and copper nuts done up to the correct torque.  double up the nuts if you are having problems.
