After putting the box in, when connecting the d/s back on is it best to use new bolts? They were only replaced in may last year.

Also do you smother grease on the joints before bolting on?

Personally I reused the bolts, taking Hayesey's tip and marking them with a paint pen so every now and then when you're under the car you can check that they're all still as tight as they should be.
Yeah, smother CV grease on the end, then wipe off the excess once the bolts are torqued up.
