I have a set of new G40 valves (Sodium filled exhaust valves) for sale if you want

Sorry I don't know what that means (Sodium filled exhaust valves) is that just the standard size ones? If not what size are they and how much you want?

the head on a g40 is the same casting, but has different valves.

So it would work if i up the valve size? Are both in and outlet valves smailler? as what I want it for is to do some porting to up the hp with out having to take my car of the road to get the work done.

no - same size valves - but different part number (sodium filled and slightly - like 0.1mm different length)
