Not the quality of Schrick- but half the price too.

Be careful of swarf in the camshaft pulley tapping- I've had to clean one we recently bought for a customer before it's sent out.

i had a really bad experience with newman, the small hole on the cam where the dizzy pin fits in was`nt deep enough and turned my brand new £180 distributor into scrap, then it took me about two weeks of dealing with arsy members of staff to get my money back.
there is a well known saying and its, buy cheap buy twice, so be carefull, i bought a piper cam after that for an extra £50 and you could tell the difference in quality as soon as i opened the box.

Got a newman cam for my GT recently, and was not happy.

They hadn't machined it correctly and the distributor would not fit. Had to be sent back for some tweaking!!! They didn't seem too surprised or bothered.

They arranged a courier and there and back pretty quickly, but still meant was without my car for more time, and had to pay twice for fitting.

Was gonna use them for a turbo cam later in the year, but having my doubts about it.

On the plus side, its cheap and seems to work really well, has brought my GT to life.
