That fourth picture down of the ghia looks mean and moody - love it!

The cars look in superb condition, very nice indeed. Did you restore them yourself or buy them already like that?
Nerf bars look cool on the Beetle. 8)

I have owned the karmann ghia for 12 years, was a good base to start, imported from Sweden and in pritty good condition, then did a body of resto, the floorpan is just like the shell, fully retrimed as well. The bug has been a love afair for 13 years and the chance came up to buy it 2 years ago, it's got a 2276cc motor with 48 idf carbs, web 86c cam the list goes on, this thing eats most things on the road and makes my g40 look like pussy cat.

Nice sounding spec on the Beetle, have you run it up the strip? I bet it digs in off the line, I love the way they launch. 8)

I need to sort out the traction as it just bounces upon launch, got myself a berg traction bar and a csp kafer setup to tie the frame horns to the top of the rear shocks, going to also need some limiting straps so the rear dosnt lift upon launch as well. Will be expecting 12.5 - 13.5 second passes, the wheels are the much saught after empi sprintstars but are steel and mega heavy, some erco race weight wheels are will what get me a high 12 probably. So I ain't run it on the track yet, should be running it next year when funds allow and also I'm about to be a dad any day now!
