there is adjustement in the rear axel they are are not fixed

there's a small amount of adjustment available by loosening the axle bracket to body bolts.  But it also depends on the axle not being bent.  15+ years worth of pot holes, driving up kerbs etc.... I bet very few are perfectly straight.
