Aquamist kits

Is there anyone on here that has got a aquamist kit installed?

Im in the process of looking at them. I know of 2 places or makes to get them from.

But if there is anyone out there who has got them, what make and type is it?

These are what im looking at:

ERL AQUAMIST SYSTEM 1S ( around £400)

and

DEVILS WATER INJECTION KIT

Any recomendations?

most people use the Aquamist 1S, myself included.  There was a thread in here a couple of weeks ago about these, dig that out.

Also when you get a kit does it come with a tank?

they dont generally come with tanks no, most people use the windscreen washer tank and then fit a small new tank for screen wash (since it's an MOT requirement to have one).

Yeah that is annoying, might feed it from the washer tank lol.

Is that the same system that your using in the link??

yeah aquamist 1s is what I use, so does Robin.  Allows us to run lots of boost without knocking back ignition advance too much at high loads which would cause a loss of power.

Hayesey do you run just water or do you run it with methanol mixed in?

50:50 mix of both

Mines a cooling mist kit. I've not seen another one and it's proving to be abit of an arse to plumb in It was cheapish tho.
