Just got a weird hesitation on boost.

Was just out and accelerating in 4th pretty high revs, was at 80ish.
then suddenly got some hesitation, and it stopped accelerating - sounded weird, asif it was suddenly very rich.

Any ideas? recently the idle has been moving around, +/- 400 revs but its very cold, and it hunts revs (i presume that this is when it revs it self on idle up and down?)

found the hesitation weird as i thought when on full boot it reads off the map chip and pretty much ignores other sensors?

blue temp + lambda sensor recently changed, any ideas?
