revs sticking

well basically my G is sweet when its cold but as soon as it warms up and i stop in traffic or at the lights it idles at 2k and after 15 or 20 seconds it drops down to 1k im guessing its the temp sensor t ecu id like some1 to confirm this or tell me what it actually is thanks for looking and any help you can give

sticking throttle cable or throttle body perhaps?  Worth checking.
