When the charger is moved round that bit more and the hose connecting it to the intercooler doent fit any more? i made a little set up but it keeps popping of. ta.

Use a 45 degree bend silicone hose.
Need 57mm diameter like this one: http://www.viperperformance.co.uk/productsearch.php?xscId=109&mat=104&filter=57.15%20mm
