Please could someone tell me how to remove these? as i need to change the seal shown in the pic

These are called Woodruff Keys Steve and they come out by gripping to one end with a pair of molegrips and pulling. Protect them with a piece of cloth while removing and check for any burring before re-fitting. Other than that,easy.
