Car Pulls All Over The Road

Having a bit of an issue. If I'm driving up the road, and i let go of the steering wheel, the car darts across the road to the right. I had the wheels aligned but maybe the guy doing it was incompetent? What else could it be and would a subframe solve it? New poly bushes,  wishbone/track arms etc. Passed MOT no problem. Left wheels sits further back in the wheel well than the right, but it has always done this.

Any ideas to check would be great.
