As some of you may know i have been have loads of problems with my G40, i took her to jabbasport to be told that there are no specialist that work there anymore and i need to change the lambda and get her on the rollers for a proper set up.

My problem is Jabbasport can't get her on the rollers as there is no one that knows how to tune her properly, i just wondered who everyone uses ?

i changed the lambda as she was spitting black everyone and fuel consumption was awful, lambda changed made no difference, i admit i didnt have time to check the co pot as jabbasport changed it to get it running half decent ( well will hesitation). I need someone that knows what to check and how it should sound etc

Tbh guys i'm getting desperate she can't continue to run like this as its not doing her any good, currently running without lambda.

Cheers in advanced

A very tearful Krazy*k :(

Have you followed the Digifant diagnostic guides on here?

krazy*k

yeah we have been through the guides, i know its going to be something so simple but need someone that is abit more g40 savvy than what we are.

Firstly, you're right about running her if she's over fuelling as you'll get bore wash. I would run her with the lambda though. Blue temp. sender is a good bet, but an injector service may be on the cards, see PPP for this.

i will have to run her for abit without as she is my daily and the black crap went everywhere last time and people weren't happy.

Blue temp sensor i can do no probs and the injectors i'm sure i can try too.

I just wanted someone to wave a magic wand which is never gonna happen.

Seriously the diagnostics guide should put you on good terms. Can't be spoon fed other than that dude. Blue temp now (actual vw one) check your mech timing, then dizzy timing. Check for vac leaks ,  check plug gaps. Check your ecu after that/ wiring
