You can use a generic depinning tool to get the terminal out, or use a bent paperclip if your patient and reasonably dexterous! The green Durite depinning tool here usually works okay: http://www.thetoolboxshop.com/0-703-99-durite-terminal-connector-de-mounting-tools-5265.html

You can get the new terminals from Vehicle Wiring Products, they're "Junior Power Timer" female terminals.
