Right, A few weeks ago I sent off my coolant hoses (including heater matrix ones) to SFS and have asked them to make a kit!
I have had the prices back and they have offered to do a group buy of 10 at a discounted rate and hopefully they will be stocking these kits from now as they will be making the necessary tooling.
Prices are:
£137 +VAT per kit
or
£102.75 +VAT each for 10 sets
The colours options are:
Blue, Black, Red, Green, Orange, Purple, Yellow and White @ 10% more
There might be a small postage fee to add on but I will confirm this once I have filled 10 slots!
All you need to do is stick your user name and colour next and carry on the list!

I dont mind buying at the non group buy price as it may be a while before we get 10 people

It is upto you, but it is going to be awhile until they will be getting made due to the tooling

I am not 100% sure if they can do a matt black as the black they do has a bit of a shine to it (quite nice imo)

'Sorry I have been away for a couple of weeks and we are currently very short staffed, we should hopefully have a test fitment kit ready in the next 2 weeks as we are just waiting for the tooling to be done sorry for the delay'

Sfs have sent everyone emails regarding payment and the hoses are ready to be sent out in about 2-3 weeks once they have had the go ahead

Always same in group buys though people want in an are slow to pay so others who have paid has to wait.

By the way if anyone is waiting till they get paid dont worry as the money wont come out till they send them which they said end of next week.
Is it worth sending a pm to those remaining and ask them whats going on and that way depending on what they say you could always offer this to other people like ben.lopo.

Like I said before I highly doubt they would do matt black and will probably send out the standard black or whatever other colours specified

I never had any issues with mine, but they now live on in someone elses G haha

Fit fine for me but the only one i had to change was the small return to expansion tank. It was too short and was tight across the boost pipes so i changed it to a rubber one for now.

Short by how much Jezza as I'll tell them.

Cant remember by exactly how much but it was tight across the boost pipe and was heating the pipe up.
I think an extra 2-3 inches would be better. Ill see if i still have it and measure it against the rubber one I’m now using.

Jezza and photos of this so I can show SFS and they can update the kit. I'm also speaking with them about a boost pipe kit. FYI for anyone their website is no longer theirs so any orders wont reach them and you probably wont get your money.

Just to let everyone know the pipe has now been lengthened.
I ordered a full coolant kit last week :)

When you kit arrives , assuming your engine is in can you let me know if the standard pipe is going to have enough slack to allow for the shortness of the sfs pipe they sent me by the amount we disccused cheers.

If people where saying the kit previously was too short and I've had 2 inches added, after holding it up last night it will fit but is not as long as standard

I tried a attempt at a group buy however it fell flat on its face, they do a coolant hose kit send your pipes in new ones come back with the old ones forgot pricing now wasnt too heavy on the pocket , they have also done a boost kit for me minus the return pipe back to the rocker , it is simply a 90 degree bend have to fit breather to crankcase and block of flying saucer or alternatively pay a fortune to get exact made up they need to create a new mould for it.
They wanted at least 10 orders to get tool in again pricing i carnt remeber at mo.

Yeah just ring them up, they are good guys and do CP/CG40 discount on the coolant kit.
No need to send anything in to them :)
