It might just be easier to buy a normal M45 charger and then get the end palte made up by getting the dimensions etc. At least then theres more chance of the end plate being straight and not leaking. Probably mount better too.

Thanks for the info. Change of plan, sourced one with a less awkward shape and shorter nose.

can be abit of an arse to get into place properly. Have to jiggle it about to get it past the slampanel and charger mount.

mine will be for sale in around 1months time. very little miles- much better setup than the other psd kits aswell as mine uses an aftermarket charger not a mini one so it dont look like a bodge job.
havent decided how much of the kit is being sold yet as i may keep the intercooler. and i might sell the specific psd 4branch seperately. il get a photo up later. but this wont be a cheap kit. not only is it the bracket- but the toothed pulleys aswell, and the PSD eaton camshaft. and the PPP tinkered map

I have the complete setup for sale, Eaton charger, bracket, front mount with radiator, bumper bar, toothed pulleys, etc etc.   The only thing needed will be injectors and ecu (PPP can supply off the shelf I believe)

Offers invited, removed from my car as I prefer the G-lader, and I put the car in question back to standard (a white one from Coventry, if anyone knows it.)  I believe is was running c.185bhp with standard bottom end, PSD big valve head/cam, and GT inlet.

My number is 07956 192258, text is best.

Thanks

Alex

Yes, have the receipts for it as well.  the pulleys are stamped PSD.  I had steve look at a couple of my cars, although I do all my own work, he built a charger for me, and I met him both in Brum and down at Littlehampton.  I currently have a 1341 that he built which a friend had done.  The only reason it is off is that I prefer the G-lader to the Eaton kit, they both have their advantages!  I was looking to put it on eBay, but have not yet got round to it

I'll get some pics and you can see what you think

Yes please, pictures would be good and how much you'd want for it.

Included is the charger, front mount, new rad mount bar, bumper bar modified to fit, hard piping, air filter housing and filter, tooth belt pulleys for alternator, crank and charger.  Will need standard Polo mount (engine end) and toothed belt.  Was running uprated injectors and remapped ecu, I don't have the ECU and I was going to keep the injectors unless you make me a good offer for them! I'm open to offers, but I know how rare this is.  Somewhere I have the receipt from PSD from when they fitted it.  However I have checked and the pulleys are not stamped PSD (that was another kit I had).  I have taken pics but too large to post here, if you want me to send them, pm me with your email address and I'll send them over.

Cheers

Alex
