hello i have a g40 with stage 4 charger do you need to spray the wurth charger grease in there where abouts?? and how often? do you need to take the charger apart to do this?? thanks
-
You have the boost return mod done?
If soo
To lubricate the charger, take off your blanking plate then start the car, hold the revs at around 2k and spray the grease into the charger for 2-3 seconds. Refit the blanking plate, resealing with gasket sealant if necessary.

Ok, do you have the pipe coming off the t-piece on top of the throttle body that goes through the rocker cover and goes into the charger inlet?
Bay should look like this

On the charger there is the inlet with induction and the other is blanked off. Remove the blank and spray in there for 2 secs max.

the spray is realy good ? i use a ptfe grease
-
What ptfe do you use? Is it the one from the forum cause i think there are ones that arent as good or not the right stuff.
-
its a white grease..."QUILOSA" i think

the club sell WURTH HHS GREASE with PTFE, i've tried to find a decent supplier so i could buy a few cans to stock up, but to be fair one can is going to last for ages, and the clubs prices are so cheap, that i didnt bother looking too far.
see the mechandise link at the top of the forum, and pm pete_g40 / hayesey or another member of the admin team =]
