http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/INSTRUMENTS-/-GAUGES-STACK-INSTRUMENTATION-Stack-Lambda-Gauge/c1_3286_3294/index.html

There easy to fit just need to find someone who can weld in a lambda boss into the manifold/downpipe. they come with everything and instructions.

I have the AEM, installed for 6 months. Pretty good unit to be fair - though I have no comparison. Certainly it reacts fast enough to work out what's going on. Used it to diagnose a lean misfire and faulty resistive track in the throttle body sensor on my (current) GT injection. Things I like about it are the simplicity of install, auto dimming of the LEDs, operating reaction time and price which included the lambda boss. I don't like the bulky ring around the gauge (quite proud when sat next to TIM oil guages and Stack boost gauge) and inability to only have the gauge and probe turn on when the engine is running (i.e 13.5v+ feed). This last one can be easily sorted with a zener circuit or adapted split-charge relay though, plus am not sure which other gauges would support this feature (but some must do).
If I had my time again it would be tough to decide between the AEM and another gauge (e.g. Stack) in the end it would probably come down to how much tuning I personally wanted to do to the car and how picky I was about all the gauges looking the same.

Stack is average to be honest- for the money, you'd be better off with:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Zeitronix-wideband-AFR-EGT-Boost-etc-LCD-display-/120636175757?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c1679f58d

Data logging facility with lots of options, I currently have:

Lambda (in AFR and Lambda Value)
Boost Pressure
Fuel Pressure
TPS
EGT

Well worth the extra few quid in my book  :)

The Zeitronix certainly has a lot to offer even considering the extra initial cost price. Additional sensors are quite expensive though - £90 for a genuine boost sensor? Other end of the scale is air temp sensor at £20 which is more reasonable really. How's the display Yoof - easy to read and interpret quickly, say on a bumpy B road?

Yeah that looks the business  ;)

I like the display, smart looking without loads of gauges everywhere.

You can get a map sensor for about £50, and an EGT thermocouple for £15  ;D Fuel is the only official one I've had to buy.

It's easy enough to read, I think you can attach buzzers to the new one (mine is the old version now) but they just seem to offer alot more for the value.

Innovate LC-1 is cheep and cheerful

Definitely cheap! I wouldn't buy another LC1 again.

lc1 is brilliant in my opinion,
super fast reaction time, easy to install etc, i ,mapped my rallye using lc1, used 1 lambda probe in 18 months , lambda probe was about £60 to replace, bonus with lc1 is they also give a output reading to to to ecu
ie. you dont need to run 2 sensors, you just run the wideband and then send the signal from the controller to the g40 ecu, i used a spade terminal to join it to the signal wire in the plug on the end of g40 loom

Most (all?) widebands have a narrowband output these days.

I use an LM-2 from Innovate for mapping, but the LC-1 is a bit too bargain-basement/no-frills for my liking - haven't been impressed with the one on my Polo, it's much too keen to randomly re-calibrate itself. The LM-2 is fine though, and has a handy OBDII interface function with fault-code reader.
