When fitting a new cam, is there anything that you should replace or is worth replacing?

I have got the ina hydraulic cam followers from GSF.

Cheers. Are Cam followers are also known as lifters?

Would you recomend replacing springs?

Yeah the same thing in this case.
I think the general concensus is that the springs don't need replacing unless the engine has covered massive mileage.

Just looking at schrick cams at the mo and could someone tell me what the standard inlet/outlet is compared to a cam with 252/276.

What gains do you get?
