Title: Milage Clocks stopped working

hi just wondering the possible things it could be that is causing the clocks not to work.

Broken clocks, broken cable from gearbox to clocks.

Does the speedo work?

Speedo works fine as does revs

I would think it's the clocks that are broken then.

Probably the coil spring that it fights against.

Can i buy any clocks from any model. or do they have to ben g40 ones?
Also is there a brief hint guide of how to change them?

G40 clocks are specific as the speedo goes round to 160mph rather than the non-g4o ones which are less. The gt and G40 clocks both have a tachometer though and if im not mistaken you could use GT ones if you wish. however some might correct me on this!!?
