Title: G40/standard radiator core differences
Post by: supercharged spaniel on December 03, 2009, 07:07:32 pm
I picked up my radiator from vag today.  It has 48 cores in it.  There are actually 24 on each side.  How many more than a standard radiator is this.  Just out of interest really.  Ill find out when I take the old one out in a few weeks but can anyone tell me now.  Im pretty sure the standard one i have in the car now that i bought from gsf (which is already leaking slightly after 2 years) has only single cores running through the centre and not two smaller ones per line.  I'm wondering how much of a difference this will actually make to my car when i fit it.

cheers
