went out last night and got talking to this bloke who had the cleanest renault extra van ive ever seen...white with charcoal turbines on it and slightly lowered. went over and it had a R5t in it! continued talking and apparently he was at the r5/g40 shoot out last time. albeit in his proper r5t not the van conversion and said the only car that spanked him was a red g40..i was like 'oh that will be peters (yoof)' he was well impressed and was a canny bloke like so it seems some g40's are getting a name for themselves!
just thought i'd say!

Well i was the only red one there so must of been me. the guy racing me in the r5t lost 3 times in a row to me not surprised he thinks the G was quick. if it's the same guy he was a real nice bloke good to hear i left an impression. cheers spaniel

yeah! he did say he had damaged 2nd gear during the day and each run it just went to shit cos of it and he said you were away before there was time to rectify any mistake he had made. a proper sound bloke like for sure.

I think i saw this van (spankingly clean old skool van lowered one grey turbines) on my way down to inters...
Passed him on the motorway and he went flying past me, so i went passed him again, then he flashed his lights and i carried on and flashed my hazards back at him.
