Title: 1341 piston options?

After 12 months off the road, the engine has been stripped down out of my G, and it looks like i need a re-bore  :-[

I've searched the forum for opinions on the different pistons and not really sure what to go for! Am i right in thinking the choice is either wossner or accralite? For now i'll be keeping the G-lader setup with basic mods (toothed belts/psd exhaust/filters etc),aiming more for reliability than chasing figures  ;)

Wossner = 8:1CR
JE = 8.5:1CR
Accralite = 9:1CR

If you're keeping it stockish and supercharged, or using a massive turbo and lots of boost, leave it 8:1. Highly modded and supercharged, possibly 8.5:1. If you're going K03 turbo use 9:1 - though I'd consider 8.5:1 if you're keeping the stock head.

For now im not intending to have any head work done,but thats not to say i wouldn't consider it at a later date. If i was to go with the wossners,would they be totally useless if i was to go for a bvh later down the line?
