Title: 175 60 13 tyres
Post by: PeteG40 on April 29, 2008, 03:11:49 pm
what are people gonna do now the yoko 175 60 13 a539 has been discontinued???

I mean with them and bridgestone potenzas in that size gone, there's hardly a decent tyre for std g40s.

it may mean (shock horror) i eventually go for 14" bbs

Don't be afraid of the sharper handling characteristics of a low profile on a 14" LOL

If you really want to keep the feel of a standard G, then surely you shouldn't be using Yoko's or Brigstone Potenzas, I think a good old Pirelli P6000 should give that stanard feel!!

Seriously though, I don't know??

You've obviously never driven a car with "Goodride" tyres on it then.  LOL

Although they do make a lot of comical squealing noises when going round roundabouts at anything more than a snail's pace.  Makes you feel like you're in a '70s American cop film though.
