Title: who enjoys frontal rubbing?

hey i have now got 13x7 and 13x8 wheels for my G. looks good however my 13x7 needed 20mm spacers and are rubbing the arch. i have no idea how much lower my car is than standard :(.

if anyone has a standard G with standard ride hight is there any chance you could measure from the centre of the wheel to the wheel arch on both sides? mine are 10 mm different lol which isnt too sexy so could do with the stock measurements. then i can work out whether the spring has past it/how much lower my car is etc. also are there any sping kits that are sided left and right on the front?

one other thing i need to know is are G40 arches more flared than a normal polo? got a feeling even my arches arnt original.

help please

13x7 with 5mm spacers on the front DO rub like hell on bumps! Thats why i took my classics off as the tyres were being eaten quite badly!
