just got told the new TSI engine runs the same block as a mk1,2,3 polo so this got me thinkin are the new TSI engines 16 valve?
anyone see what am thinkin lol.
-
Yes, they have 16valve cylinderhead
-
The same block?? Mad
Is the combustion chamber in the pistons?
-
oh yea they have injection right into the cylinder dont they! prob means a good hole in the head lol.
-
I very much doubt it's the same block. The Polo 6Ns use a different block to the earlier Polos, although it's derived from them. I suspect that the TSI is the same - it's certainly not an iron block like the early Polos!

yea i thought that its just what i was told would be good tho if it was 16 valve G40 would do!
