1.As you can see in picture the blue sensor is placed there:

2.Knoking sensor, is placed from the back side of the engine (where the starter is)

3.550 ohms, but i suggest you to get in a garage with gas analyser, and adjust it with accuracy

4.The lamda sensor you better change it, i had a lot fuel consuption but i've changed the lamda and it's ok...

Nice install, why such huge injectors though?
Title: Re: My Arosa
Post by: Ä‘uro on September 23, 2009, 08:59:50 am
I talked with lot of people who are preparing cars for race, street racing.... nd also with Ray fm Australia who is responsibe for creating of Vi-Pec standalone management. They all told me those 660 cc injectors are very good to adjust nd you can easely control them with standalone. they hv excelent mist, nd I payed them almost nothing (new ones - original, not Chinese s**t). so it was logical decision.

I'm surprised you've got a decent idle quality, the duty cycle of your injectors must be extremely low.

Never seen that before.

It has individual coil packs, so I'm guessing stand-alone managment. Timing trigger wheel is fitted to the cam pulley.

Nice job, nice car.

I placed standalone management (Vi-Pec)
i/o stadard distributor cap placed 4 Siemens coils so every sparkplag hs its own coil.

I didn't hv enough space to put triger wheel enywhere else but on cam pulley. it look ok but I hv to put som kind of sheeld on top made fm inox.
All pipes are made in Nicro company - expert for inox nd tig welding

nd tuning was made in company: TH-performance.

here is the link so you can look projects what hetuned
http://www.thperformance.com/content/projects

This is only Arosa in Europe (as I know) with G40 engine in it

(http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/3052/14002222.jpg) (http://img28.imageshack.us/i/14002222.jpg/)

also made some welding. this is not machine welded....it's hand welded

Tks

it's not finished jet. (fm my point of wiew) I would like to put one more bottle for aquamist nd some kind of cover for exaust manifold (maybe, i'm not sure jet what to do). Everybody are telling me it's enought cos last year car was driven only 120 km (whole year) nd this year only 10 km (app 6 miles)
At first place it hd to be everyday car, but than become weekend car but in the end it's only a show car standing in garage.

somebody want to buy it ?  ;D ;D
