Title: Steering damper & brackets.

Anyone got a clue where to get one from that's not gonna cost the earth? Seen the one on eBay and it's slightly overpriced 😂 cars wandering all over with the mk1 golf coilies and 15s so need to stiffen the steering up abit.

              The Steering Damper VW Part number 871 425 021 a and the mounting bracket Part number 867 419 735 are no longer
              available from VW. The Bracket was only fitted as standard on the G40. I replaced my Damper 9 years ago, its a
Stabilus St/Damper Part Number 871-425-021A the actual Damper fitted by VW. The Company that got me the Damper is

 C&R Enterprises based in Nottingham. It cost me in total £ 104 then. Give C&R a Ring on 0115 978 5740 and ask for Roy.
