Title: 02J Gearbox Adapter Kit

All,

As I’m now putting a big block in my Polo, this kit of parts is no longer required, it’s about as complete as I can make it:

-   New 02*/085 Adapter plate (not my old prototype!)
-   New flywheel spacer & VW Crank Bolts
-   Lightweight chomoly Epytec Flywheel
-   Low Mileage VR6 Clutch (enough clamping force for my Turbo engine)
-   85k Old 02J Gearbox with 100mm Output flanges ENJ code (slightly shorter ratios than ATV)
-   Bespoke Driveshafts from Elite Transmissions – These are complete and have circa 1500 miles on them
-   4 Engine Mounts – Fabricated items (rough and ready)
-   Mk4 Golf gear shift tower complete with Ringspann shortened cables
-   Polo Speedo Drive in Gearbox
-   Seat Cable Clutch lever arm & Clutch Cable
-   Alternator bracket for lightweight Denso Alternator
-   Smaller Crank Pulley (aluminium) for Denso/Brise 60A Alternators
-   Mk4 Golf Starter Motor

Separate negotiations can also be made to include my Stage 3 Subframe and adjustable track control arms – this has been extensively modified and incorporates the front engine mounting point. I also have a spare 02J box I’ll chuck in if the buyer wants to get an LSD fitted to it.
