That is less than what is normal with the stock pulley.

So it is either a boos leak or a charger more than ready for a rebuild

I'd be looking for boost leaks or the belts slipping, a 65mm pulley should be in the region of 1Bar. But may be slightly lower if you have mods like a bigger throttle, ported inlet, BVH or whatever.

I made between 17/19psi with a 65mm pulley and R1 charger, not a great deal on mods at the time so restricted airflow.

After i went 1341cc, head and throttle/inlet porting and a schrick cam, it dropped to 10 psi of boost and hit 12 psi at high rpm.

I think the standard boost pressure was about 0.7 bar.

With just a 65mm pulley you should see between 0.9 and 1.1 bar.

Have you checked all your vac lines?
Boost pipe clips?
Intercooler? I had a small leak from mine once.
The boost pipe from charger to intercooler does perish, mine also did this
Pipes from inlet manifold to ISV and from there to the top boost pipe?
Does the throttle body fully close?

If they are all good, potentially it can be your apex seals.
