To show and my car ... Before 2 year i have a Polo G40 Genesis, but i crashed in one street lamp (pillar) after that i buy another Polo G40 ... I make a conversion from G40 to T40 (Turbo) ...
Stage 1
1. Turbo - KKK K14
2. Front mount cooler - 550*180*65
3. Boost Controler
4. Blow off valve
5. 63 mm exhaust system
6. Fuel Pressure Regulator
7. G60 fuel injectors
8. Wheels - 15" VW Estoril
9. Tyres - Yokohama Advan 058 195/50/15
10. Sport Seat
11. Suspenssion - Front FK / Rear H&R

Now T40 drive at 1 bar pressure with this turbo ...
1/4 mile - 14,3 sec.
0-20 m - 2,13 sec
0-100 km/h - 6,2 sec
terminal speed at 1/4 mile - 162 km/h

Stage 2
1. Turbo - TD04L from Subaru STi
2. 38 mm ITB - from Honda CBR 600 rr
3. 1.8T VAG fuel injectors
4. Water cooler
5. Fuel pump Walbro 255 lb
and run at 1,7-8 bar pressure :)
