Title: Boost pipe kit from SFS. (Price now added)
Post by: Bushpig on February 10, 2016, 04:26:46 pm
Now then all ,

I have sent my boost hose kit of to sfs performance for them to replicate it, now all straight parts not a problem however they are having to make the throttle body to rocker cover peice from scratch/buy the tool in to make it.

They are willing to make it me and get me a price for the whole kit with club discount in mind , but the cost of the tool and the demand of such kit would be every now again.

so they have asked me to post on here and see what intrest would be , they would like to see at least 10 people wanting a kit to justify buying tool in and stocking the kit.

Cheers
Danny

The one from Glader to Intercooler is worth doing as they can crack, and cost a lot to buy from VW.
Samco did do one.

Right i have a price from SFS

The total cost all in is:

£100 / This includes the forum discount  -25% and P&P to your address.

However pipe not included is Glader to IC as i sorced from somewhere else , getting a replacment for that hose wouldnt be a issue as it would just be a straight section of pipe.

All pipes are made to take high boost pressures and also feature a liner to prevent the oil and contaminents flowing round the system effecting the strength of the pipe unlike the old ones.

The company want to see at least ten orders to make it worth while ordering in the tool, to be able to craft the section from TB to Rocker with the crankcase pipe leading of.

Hope this helps if there are any questions i am more than happy to ring back up.

Cheers
Danny
