Post by: Alexiskayak_7 on January 06, 2009, 10:34:35 am
Well...I have a totally stock g...  When i placed a boost gauge i had 0.4@3500-4500 and 0.65@6000rpm...
After i sprayed ptfe at the charger (i spayed more than i have to) it was showing 0.5-0.55@6000rpm...
I have NO boost leak ( i triple checked al my boost hoses...

Are these readings taken on the road or standing still ? Try a reading at over  5000rpm in third gear; you should see about 0.7bar from a stock charger in good nick.

These readings are taken while i was on road...
My problem is that my boost was ok before spraying ptfe... After i sprayed ptfe i had less boost presure...
I sprayed 2-3 bursts more than i had to...
Also the hose that is from the down side before CO pontetiometer is on position and it's not cutted...
